Please note, our free shipping offer does not cover the territories of NT, YT, and NU. Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Express Shipping:

Please note we are not able to accommodate express shipping at this time.

We strive to keep all items listed on our website in stock. However,if you place an order for an item that subsequently becomes unavailable or is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss potential alternatives. If no suitable alternative is found, you have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, but discrepancies may occur, especially during high demand periods.

Lost Orders: If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Here’s what to do if you suspect your order is lost:
