Returns & Exchange

Here's what you need to know about our return policy:

Eligible returns: We accept returns and exchanges of unused items in their original packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with all tags attached, and must be in new condition. This includes all parts, manuals, and accessories. All returns are subject to a verification check before a refund or exchange is processed.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.

Processing refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, which might take 7-14 business days to reflect on your credit card.

Demo Clubs: All sales are considered final upon purchase.We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for demo clubs.

Custom Orders: All sales are final for custom orders, except in cases of defects covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

*Please note we do not process returns or exchanges over the phone.
*Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

WARRANTY

Every product we sell is backed by a manufacturer's warranty.
Review the manufacturer's warranty terms for specific conditions and limitations. Please note that some warranties may be subject to the vendor's discretion.

*Warranties are valid only from the original date of purchase. If you receive a new or repaired item under the manufacturer’s warranty, that item will remain under warranty from the purchase date on your original receipt - the warranty does not restart when a replacement item is received. Check the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty for further conditions and limitations that may apply. Note that some warranties are at the discretion of the vendor.
