Is it possible to modify or cancel my order once it's submitted?
You may modify or cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
How can I track my shipment?
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number on the courier’s website to track your order’s progress.
What is your policy on returns?
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of your purchase date.*Conditions Apply. Please see our detailed Returns & Exchanges section for more information.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The funds will appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.
What if I get a defective or the wrong item?
If your order includes a defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 5 days of delivery. We will organize a return and process either a replacement or a refund.
Do you offer shipping outside of Canada?
We currently ship only within Canada.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is free for standard ground service across Canada, with certain exclusions for NT, YT, and NU.Please note we do not provide express shipping at this time. Check out the Shipping & Delivery section to learn more.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code at the checkout stage, and if the code is still valid, your total will be adjusted accordingly.
I forgot to use my discount code when checking out. Can I apply it to my order now?
If you forgot to apply your discount code at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts after an order has been placed. Discount codes must be used during the checkout process before the order is finalized.
Can I pick up my order at one of the Next Golf locations?
We do not offer a pickup option for orders at this time.
